The Great Wall - One Woman's Journey is a musical adaptation that transforms
Meng Jiang Nü's tale into a soaring musical odyssey.
The client came to us with the theatre play, looking for a distinctive identity for it. We decided to create an identity that allows the audience easy recognition of its Chinese relevance, while also an easy way for ticket buyers to identify the actors and actresses at play.
The hallmark is designed to emulate the mystique of The Great Wall, with the fading type representing the mist surrounding it, and the elevation of the type, the wall structure itself.
