ARTS IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD by National Arts Council
The Arts in Your Neighbourhood programme, an initiative by the National Arts Council, brings enriching arts experiences to your doorstep every March and November. With interactive arts programmes by established artists and arts groups held at various spaces across Singapore – like Bedok Town Square, HDB Hub Toa Payoh, Woodlands Civic Centre and more.
By identifying key landmarks in Singapore, the master graphics were designed to look as if seen from an open window. To show that just by tweaking your perception, anything can be framed as a piece of art.
